Membership + Signup

How do I sign up for a membership?

Sign up online for immediate access: ironhouse615.com/newmembership.

Do you have enrollment, initiation, or processing fees?

No. For memberships from 2025 on, there are no enrollment, initiation, or sign-up fees, and we do not add a processing surcharge to your payments. Your membership rate is what you pay. Pre-2025 agreements may differ, so check yours. Most memberships carry an annual maintenance fee that covers the prior year of use, billed once a year and disclosed in your agreement.

What membership options do you offer (2026)?

Current memberships:

  • 1 Year Paid in Full: $740 today
  • 1 Year Contract: $80/month
  • Month to Month: $95/month
  • Mil/LE/FR/Nurses/60+: $70/month
  • Hired a Coach Discount: $65/month
  • Add-On Additional Member: $70/month

Yes. New members receive a free T-shirt (whatever is in stock on the day of), a free InBody body composition scan, a free coach consultation, and a free 30-minute massage upon request.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Gym membership tiers themselves are not interchangeable. Upgrades and downgrades apply only to coaching packages and to adding or removing the ELITE+ Add-On. Text us at 615-488-4275 to make the change, and it will take effect with the next billing cycle.

What ID is required for Mil/LE/FR/Nurses/60+ pricing?

An active, valid ID in the qualifying category is required at sign-up and on request. If the ID is expired or cannot be verified, the standard rate applies.

How does the Add-On Additional Member membership work?

The Add-On Additional Member option is listed directly on the membership form: $70/month, 2 billing cycles cancellation notice. On the form, provide the name of the member who will cover the costs. Add-ons must live in the same household as the primary member, and proof of address is required. If you are signing up solo, skip that field.

What happens to my Hired a Coach discount if I stop coaching?

The $65 Hired a Coach rate is tied to having an active coach. If your coach removes you from their client list, Iron House reserves the right to move you to the current $95 Month-to-Month rate starting the following billing cycle without additional notice.

What is the week pass policy?

Week passes are available for 1 to 8 consecutive weeks. Each pass provides access for 7 consecutive calendar days starting on the purchase date. Non-refundable. Purchase here: ironhouse615.com/weekpass.

  • $70/week
  • Week passes must be consecutive. Counter resets if you leave and return.
Whose email and phone number should be used on the pass form?

The person using the pass. Each pass form must be completed with the user’s full name, email, and phone number, even if someone else is paying. Using a spouse’s, friend’s, or family member’s info will result in the pass being canceled with no refund, and entry will be denied. One person, one contact record. No exceptions.

Do passes have 24/7 access?

Yes. Passes are 24/7.

How can my guest get set up during unstaffed hours?

There are three ways your guest can get set up 24/7:

  • The poster at the front window before entering the gym has QR codes for a day pass, week pass, and membership. Your guest can scan and complete the form before walking into the building.
  • The kiosk in the hallway before the gym floor has all forms available. Your guest can fill everything out there.
  • Text 615-488-4275 anytime. The team responds 24/7 and can walk your guest through the next steps.
Can I bring a friend or show someone around when the gym is not staffed?

Showing friends around during unstaffed hours is not permitted. Tours must be scheduled during staffed hours. If a guest wants to train, they must complete a day pass or week pass form and check in before entering the gym floor. If a friend wants to come with you and not work out, they will still be required to purchase a pass. Please text 615-488-4275 to discuss the situation.

How do I schedule a tour?

Fill out a membership inquiry form at ironhouse615.com/memberships or text TOUR to 615-488-4275.

What are the tour and consultation access rules?

Tours and consultations are by appointment only during staffed hours, and require a specific waiver of liability to be on the gym floor.

Do guests need to check in and sign a waiver?

Yes. All guests must complete the pass form and sign the waiver before entering the gym floor. This applies 24/7, staffed or not.

How do ELITE+ friend passes work?

ELITE+ members receive 4 free friend passes per month. See the ELITE+ section for full details and the guest form link.

What is the unauthorized guest policy?

Letting anyone through either door without scanning in is a $100 unauthorized guest fee, charged to the card on file without notice. This includes door sharing, tailgating, sneaking guests in, and bypassing the day or week pass process. The fee applies whether the staff is on-site or not. Cameras and key fob logs are reviewed regularly.

If I do not see anyone at the front desk, does that mean the rules do not apply?

No. Iron House is a 24/7 facility, and guest check-in is required at all hours. The QR code poster at the front window, the kiosk in the hallway, and the 24/7 text line at 615-488-4275 are all available when staff are not on-site. “I didn’t see anyone” is not an exception to the policy.

Free Consultation

Do you offer a free consultation?
What do I get with a free consultation?

A free coach consultation and a free InBody body composition scan.

Refer-a-Friend

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. Refer A Friend rewards you for bringing new members in. When someone you refer becomes an active member and their first payment clears, your next month is free at your current rate, and you pick one bonus reward: a 30-minute massage with Rocio ($70 value), $50 in Iron House Bucks for The Black Market, or a $60 ELITE+ Room gift card. There is no cap on how many people you can refer.

How do I get credit for a referral?

Your friend lists your name at signup. That is the only way credit is recorded. Send them in for a tour or to sign up, have them name you, and once their first membership payment clears, your rewards are applied.

When do my referral rewards kick in?

After your friend becomes an active member and their first autopay clears. Rewards count in the calendar month that payment clears, not the month they toured or signed. If your friend cancels before their first payment clears, no reward is earned. Your account also needs to be in good standing (not past due or frozen) to receive it.

Is there a bonus for referring more than one person?

Yes. Refer 3 people who all become active members in the same calendar month and you get ELITE+ free for 3 months. This stacks on top of the free month and bonus you earn for each of those referrals.

Does referring a household add-on count?

No. Household add-ons are not new memberships, so they do not qualify for referral rewards.

What does my friend get?

A free Iron House tee and a free InBody body composition scan when they join.
