- Date of birth and, where required, identification to verify discount eligibility (such as military, first responder, law enforcement, nurse, or 60+ rates)
- Emergency contact information
- Health, injury, fitness, or goal information you choose to share on intake or consultation forms
- Photographs and video taken during your visit or sessions, where applicable
- Any other information you choose to provide when you contact us

4. Text Messaging (SMS)
When you provide your mobile number to Iron House Strength & Conditioning, we may send you SMS text messages, including appointment notifications, account and billing updates, and marketing or promotional messages, based on the consent you provide.

- Legal and safety purposes, when we believe disclosure is required by law, to comply with legal process, to enforce our agreements and policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Iron House, our members, our staff, or others.
- Business transfers, if Iron House is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
As stated in Section 4, we do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
8. Payment Information
Payments are processed through our payment processor. Card information is handled and stored by that processor in accordance with applicable payment card security standards. A valid card on file is required for facility access and for services billed to your account, as described in your member or service agreements.
9. Photos and Video
Iron House may take photographs and video at the facility and during sessions for promotional purposes, including on social media, our website, and other materials. Consent to this use is included in our membership, pass, tour, and consultation agreements.
You may opt out of promotional use of your image at any time, in writing, by emailing memberships@ironhouse615.com or texting 615-488-4275 with your name and a clear opt-out statement.
10. Facility Security and Cameras
For the safety and security of our members, staff, and property, our facility uses security cameras and electronic key fob access logs. These are monitored and reviewed regularly, including to enforce facility policies. Footage and access records may be used to investigate policy violations, incidents, or unauthorized access.
11. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your account, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
12. Your Choices and Rights
You can:
- Opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP to any message.
- Opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
- Opt out of promotional photo and video use as described in Section 9.
